b) <i> 'the' is used only when the nominal is in prepositional phrase or modified by an adjective.

d) 'boi' with the passive participle indicates a stative, something that is now completed and is in a stable state. It does not imply that there was any initial cause of that state, that is what the passive particle is for.

Smooth English translation

And so it was that the sky was formed, and all was finished.

No pig will come, nor will he go.
No flower will grow upon the mountain,
nor a sword break a stone to pieces
nor strike a blow upon the dragon.

For all was finished.

But, the youngest animals were in bliss, who were amusing themselves,
and the flower grew, though the sky was not becoming clear.
And truly, it was not becoming clear.

For all was finished.
